Do you set the same resolution every year? I haven’t chosen one in a few years. While looking for ideas, I came across one that said “go somewhere you’ve never been.”

Have you been to Clarksville for a settlement? This is the year to commit to going. It’s the correct location with an employee who lives and works in Clarksville.

Chief Judge Switzer hears settlements at the Montgomery County Courthouse, 2 Millennium Plaza, Courtroom 406, Clarksville, on the second Tuesday of each month from 9 to 11 a.m. Central Time.

The dates for 2023 are January 10, February 14, March 14, April 11, May 9, June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, October 10, November 14, and December 12.

Please note that settlements at this location must be scheduled by email to wc.courtclerk@tn.gov The petition for benefit determination should be sent with your request. Please bring the $150 filing fee, check for the employee, and the settlement documents with you.
