“A thankful heart is not only the greatest virtue, but the parent of all the other virtues.”
—Marcus Tullius Cicero
As Thanksgiving approaches, giving thanks is on my mind. My extended family will be gathering at my sister’s new house in Nolensville. I hope you’ll be able to spend time with your family and friends as well.
I’m sure that each of us is thankful for many different things. And some of us are appreciative of the same things (family, health, our friends, etc.).
I’m thankful for those attorneys and legal staff that upload filings directly to TNComp.
When you upload a document in TNComp, you may immediately download a stamped filed copy. Court staff and the Judge assigned to the file receive notifications that the filing was made. The Court sees the same filings that you do in TNComp. Please be aware that filing in TNComp doesn’t serve as notice to the parties.
As a reminder, prior blog posts about TNComp may be found here and here. Also, you can watch instructional videos on how to navigate the system by following the link here.
If you’d like additional training or instructions on TNComp, please email me. I’m happy to set up a virtual training session.
We appreciate everything you do to make our jobs easier. As the holiday approaches, staff will be spending time with family and friends. Think how much easier life will be for all of us if you upload your filings in TNComp.
