To the right, you’ll see the latest “gadget” added to this blog: a Calendar listing all Expedited and Compensation Hearings for every judge. (If you can’t see it, try downloading Google Chrome and use that browser to view this blog.) 

We are a public Court and our doors are open. The goals of posting this calendar are two-fold: 1) Self-represented litigants can observe other claimants’ proceedings, to get a better idea of what to expect when it’s their turn; and 2) Attorneys can observe other parties’ hearings, to learn more about the new Workers’ Compensation Law and thereby better represent their clients in their own cases.

Click on an event to see the details (judge, time, place, etc.). You can even click on “(map)” for driving directions.

We will update this calendar frequently. We encourage, but don’t require, that you to call the local office of any hearing you plan to attend ahead of time, merely to confirm that the case hasn’t settled and the hearing will proceed, and in some offices, to ensure that the security staff knows to expect you.
