Last year, we offered four one-hour continuing legal education programs at no cost. The feedback was extremely positive, so we’re doing it again this year.
The programs are:
- October 15, Is your Intelligence Artificial? Presenters: Deputy Chief Judge David Langham, Compensation Claims, Pensacola, Florida/Chief Judge Kenneth M. Switzer
- October 22, Objection, Your Honor! Presenters: Judge Allen Phillips/Judge Robert Durham
- October 29, So, you Want a Hearing? Presenters: Judge Brian Addington/Judge Shaterra Marion
- November 5, Motion Practice is Alive and Well. Presenters: Judge Pamela Johnson/Judge Amber Luttrell
Each program will begin at 11:30 a.m. Central/12:30 p.m. Eastern. These are live programs presented via Microsoft TEAMS that will not be recorded; you must attend virtually when they are presented and stay for the entire session. Four hours of credit have been approved. Each session will conclude with a brief time for questions and answers, so start thinking about (non-case-specific) questions on these topics.
And it bears repeating: these programs are free. But you must pre-register.
We look forward to helping practitioners become better advocates for your clients. See you there.
