No one likes a road full of pot holes. No one likes traffic delays or detours due to road repairs. But everyone is happy when the job is completed and the drive is smoother.
Just like the roads occasionally needs maintenance, so does TNComp.
The State of Tennessee is transitioning several applications, including TNComp, to a new cloud-hosted environment.
The practical impact for workers’ compensation is that beginning Friday, August 7, at 4:30 PM Central, TNComp will be unavailable until Tuesday, August 11. Login will be disabled during this period. During the outage, send any urgent filings with deadlines to WC.CourtClerk@tn.gov.
The filing will be uploaded to TNComp on Tuesday, August 11, and Wednesday, August 12. They will be uploaded in order of receipt and date-stamped with the date and time of the email.
During this time, you will not be able to go into TNComp and download any filings. Court staff will not be able to access those filings either. Please plan accordingly.
If you have hearings on Monday or Tuesday morning, you should download any filings you need by this Friday at 4:30 PM Central.
There will be a notice on TNComp stating TNComp is unavailable. Once TNComp is active on Tuesday, August 11, the notice will be removed, and you may upload filings to TNComp once again. If the outage lifts sooner, we’ll let you know that, too (fingers crossed).
Thank you for your patience while we make this improvement to TNComp.
