This week’s weather has been challenging in so many ways. Thanks for keeping up with multiple blog posts on the ever-changing situation.

For next week, here’s what we anticipate.

In Nashville, where we do open settlements, the schedule for January 22-24 is Monday 11 a.m.-3p.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday 8-11 a.m. Central Time.

In Memphis, normally we have settlements Tuesday through Thursday 9-11 a.m. Next week, however, the Tuesday hours are extended from 9 to 11:30 a.m., and no approvals will take place on Wednesday.

In offices where we do scheduled settlements (Memphis included), if you or your client don’t feel safe driving there, please contact the appropriate legal assistant, staff attorney, or the clerk, and it will be promptly rescheduled.

Finally, remember that on Thursday and Friday, no approvals will take place statewide due to a Judicial Conference.
