The Court will be open on Friday as scheduled for settlements between 8 and 11 a.m. Central Time, depending on any developments in the weather overnight Thursday. 

Since this past week has been so uncertain and the judges will be in a conference on Thursday and Friday, January 25 and 26, the Nashville court will be open for settlement approvals on Monday, January 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Tuesday and Wednesday, we will extend hours to be from 8 until 11:30 to allow for the backlog of settlements. 

As usual, no need to schedule. Just appear, and we’ll take care of your settlement.
