Have you thought about the new adventures that await you in the upcoming new year?

If not, I have a delightful suggestion. Begin your new year on an audacious note by heading to Clarksville and Columbia for your settlement approvals in 2024.

Clarksville and Columbia are the correct locations with an employee who lives and works in those areas.

Chief Judge Switzer hears Clarksville settlements at the Montgomery County Courthouse, 2 Millennium Plaza, Courtroom 406, on the second Tuesday of each month from 9 to 11 a.m. Central Time.

The 2024 Clarksville dates are: January 9, February 13, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10. You may schedule an approval by emailing the petition for benefit determination along with your request to the Clerk at wc.courtclerk@tn.gov.

Judge Tipps hears Columbia settlements at the Maury County Courthouse, 41 Public Square, the last Tuesday of each month from 9 to 11 a.m. The courtroom numbers are subject to change each month.

The 2024 Columbia dates are: January 30, February 27, March 26, April 30, May 28, June 25, July 30, August 20, September 24, October 29, November 26, and December 17. You may schedule an approval by emailing the settlement packet along with your request to the Murfreesboro office at wccourt.murfreesboro@tn.gov.

Please bring the $150 filing fee, check for the employee, and the settlement documents to the approvals. And of course, if you just need a general refresher on settlement approvals, click here.
